Encipherer provides software development, web development, mobile application development, and related digital services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on our website and within our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Encipherer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

For projects developed for clients, intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering or placing an order
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use our services only for lawful purposes

5. Payments and Billing

For paid services, you agree to pay all fees as described in the service agreement. Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal or service agreement.

We reserve the right to change our pricing structure with 30 days' notice. For existing projects, the pricing agreed upon in the contract will remain valid for the duration of that project.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is lower.

We do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of our services or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to our services.

In no event shall Encipherer, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; any conduct or content of any third party on the services; any content obtained from the services; and unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
